Download Poster
Chris Caust has excelled againĀ in designing this years poster. You can download an A4 Poster here.
You can use it to print out and put up in your favourite spot, but please tell us so we know where it is going.
We have had times our media has gone on other websites (without our permission) and things were not quite correct.
Media Personel – Important Requirements
Media Pass Required to enter restricted areas (including private property)
In all areas, private property is off limits to all spectators
The Media, will be allowed restricted access to certain areas – IF THEY HAVE A PASS.
Anyone wishing to enter on private property for ANY reason, but generally to take photos and or video is required to contact the 24hr Trial Secretary BEFORE the event and arrange to have a special media pass, which will need to be picked up from MAIN CONTROL on the morning of the event. You will need to sign for it.
The pass will allow controllers to easily recognise those who have permission to enter controlled areas.
Having a pass does not give anyone the right to enter everywhere, you should still approach the Control at the section you wish to enter to verify that it is safe to do so, and at what time.
Please be mindful of the great work the section controllers do, and that they may be busy at the time you approach.
Its well worth doing so; as they will most likely be able to direct you to safe, preferred spots where you will get the best shots.
Please respect private property.
Landowners have asked that spectators keep out of thier land
WE NEED THE FARMERS/LANDOWNERS TO BE HAPPY!
WITHOUT THEM WE WOULD NOT HAVE A PLACE TO HOLD THE EVENT.
Check out who helps and some info about our landholders at acknowledgements page
This year we have a Spectator Area
If you are new to doing media at this event, you may do well to join the spectators at the designated Spectator Area
See our Maps… (may not be published online until the eventĀ - may also be available from the Secretaries Office if prior arranged.
