About the 24hr at Eudunda

The event is held Annually on the second weekend of July and it rotates the starting point between Eudunda and Kapunda each year.

This year we return to the alternative home of the 24 at Eudunda – South Australia. The event date for this year is on the weekend of the 13th & 14th of July.

The start and finish is located at the Eudunda Sporting Complex (Oval), located on the Kapunda Morgan Road, Eudunda.

The first rider gets under way at 11:01am on the 13th, and if all went well will return to finish the trial at 11:01am on the 14th of July.

The course is quite hard on both bike and rider, and there is usually an attrition rate of at least 50%. Last years trial turned out to be one of the driest held in recent years, complete contrast to the usual wet weather conditions expected this time of the year.

The trial could not be run without massive support from many clubs, organisations and individuals.

As well as the rugged men & women who ride the event, this has been and always will be as much a fun weekend for the spectators, as they watch their favourites from some of the best, most beautiful scenery in South Australia. We do ask spectators and all who attend to respect the land owners property, and to take your rubbish away with you please, to not camp on private property without permission and also to drive or ride carefully on the roads and NOT in any properties. THANK YOU!
